Good idea about the building instructions. I now have to have a good moan!!

I have tried emailing and have also written. I received a wrong Item and sent this back with information about it being wrong, no reply. I have also emailed a few times about various items, last one being requesting information about delivery of packets 11, and 12. Never received a reply to anything. This kit is not cheap to build and one would expect some back up service.

The way things are it looks like a cancellation of the build might be the way forward for me, I would of course request a refund of what I have paid in the past as being stuck with half a model is no use. However, I would like to complete the model, all thats needed is a bit of back up from you guys and an answer to letters / messages etc.

Bit difficult to describe what I got in error, thats why I sent the wrong item back by post with pictures. Anyway, see if you understand this:
I received one of item 1, 115, step 54. The other item was like item 1, 112, step 29. There should have been two of item 1, 115, step 54 unless I've got it wrong? Does this make sense.
