Hi
i got yamato part 2 and nearly 2mths later still no part 1 still out of stock,then i was told being sent out end of last month,still waiting,any ideas?

i only rejoined because i lost my last password and i could not find how to get it back,if i asked customer sevices they would probally say its out of stock !!

We are continuing to send in stock on this model (and all others) but we are out of stock on part 1 at present. The next delivery is Thursday this week, I will speak with our Operations Team and make sure we get yours sent out asap.
I'll check on why you have waited so long too, as we've had more part 1's go into the warehouse since you subscribed.
Apologies for the delay, hope we can resolve this for your shortly.

Hi Admin im in the same boat pardon the pun as sparky dave i subscribed to the yamato in march and have only received part 2 as part 1 was out of stock ive e-mailed customer services twice now and was told part 1 was still out of stock ive checked my subscripstion and now its sayin part 2 been resent on the 29th may could you try and sort out whats going on as im getting fed up waiting im also getting the victory and this subscription is fine many thanks kev241969

 mines is getting sent out tomorrow 9/6 according to my subscriptions (part 1)
