The Vasa kit content also includes a compliment of unpainted die-cast metal, crew & officer figurines, similar to those present on the Vasa Museum model.

Oh, I adore the story about Vasa. It was the world’s most high-tech warship when it set sail. Especially Lucas Laursen notes about it.
