Hi All,

Thank you for looking in and for the kind replies.

Just a small update today. I assembled the Quarter deck Bulwarks this weekend. I scribed the planking and added coffee stirrer detail. Once done, I painted it matt black & dry brushed with grey. I glued in some 2mm strips as a spacer. This should give me some room for lantern electronics. The stern piece is a bit short; I’ll have to lengthen it a little.

That is spot on with the black and then grey dry brushing.

I have seen a few of these just painted black and they lack something.

Yours looks really good and its all coming together so well.

Hi All,
Another small update today.
Worked on some detail, strips on the planking, stairs, ladders & deck grate frames. Not mentioned in the instructions but I added a portion of the ladder on the starboard (Sectioned) side.
