These are the major parts for the front suspension after initial cleanup. There's a number of PE parts ( including the leaf spring ) to be added.

The Brake drums are similar front and rear. They comprise inner and outer plates with a stack of discs to give the overall effect. Some of the parts are not flat as received but just need some gentle pressure to straighten.

The quality of the parts really does look very impressive.
It's almost a shame that so much will be hidden in the end.

A lot of builders of MFH kits do display them with the body shell off to show the level of detail in the kit.

Hi Carl and Roy. You're right that it's a shame to cover all the detail up BigGrin My plan is to display with a couple of the body panels removed to show details along one side of the car.

The radiator is formed by four pieces and a couple of PE mesh screens front and rear. It has this large "header tank" arrangement and a maze of piping to connect it up.

Next up are the two Panier fuel tanks that are mounted either side of the pilots legs. Each comes in two pieces which are getting a straightening followed by a clean in the tumbler.
