Yes, you need to contact customer services or email sales@model-space.co.uk to advise that you have not received

What's this about a replacement cockpit? Wasn't a replacement cockpit supplied in about issue 40? I was a subscriber (my subscription finished about 18 months ago), but never received either a replacement cockpit or parts 100A.

All subscribers would have received the 100A parts automatically, all those that subscribed via their newsagents will have to contact c/S with their details to obtain the parts, although this was some time ago.

Hope that helps

Mark, I was a subscriber direct from Deagostini/Model Space and was never sent the 100A parts pack. And what about the cockpit? As I said in my previous post, wasn't a replacement cockpit supplied in about issue 40? Is this a replacement for the replacement? In any case, although I was a subscriber direct from Deagostini, I never received a replacement cockpit either.

The nose cone came with issue 40's parts, it wasn't sent separate, so if you had issue 40, you should have had the replacement cone.
Unfortunatly we do not have access to accounts, stock and deliveries, and I would suggest you contact c/s for the 100A parts. The number will be on the inside of the magazine, you may need you account number when calling.

I've had my issues for a good while now, and have just started construction .
So of course I've been googling things and have joined up here .
I've only just found out about issue 100a .
As a newsagent subscriber , de agostini had no way of contacting me two years ago !!!
So I tried customer services ( July 2019) after trying every phone number I could locate, I eventually found one that took me to the call centre . The nice Indian (?) lady tried really hard on my behalf to find some info about issue 100a... but eventually I was told that it was a free gift for devagostini subscribers, and not available to newsagent subscribers .
I asked if they had stock, as I would gladly purchase one , but was told no .
So it looks like I'll be building an incomplete falcon , despite £900 ago being told I was getting a complete one .

Rob the good news is that even if you can't get 100a, it was just a few small detail pieces to add to the Falcon's hull. 99% of people would never be able to tell.
