Stage 15

Right front door trim

Parts supplied:
Right front door trims (Top, middle and lower), Handle, Screw (BP03).


Fit the handle into the hole along the top edge of the right front door trim middle panel noting it can only fit in one position and secure the handle from the other side of the panel with a BP03 screw. Now retrieve the right front door (Stage 12). Align the tab at either end of the middle panel with the corresponding slot at each end of the door and press the middle panel into place. The panel should be flush against the door.

Next align the tabs at the ends of the top panel with the holes in the door and press the panel into place until flush. Finally align the tabs at the ends of the lower panel with the corresponding holes in the door and press the lower panel into place.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 17

Left front seat

Parts supplied:
Left front seat, Left front seat base, Screws (BP03).

Retrieve the left front seat back parts supplied with Stage 16. Whilst aligning the posts of the seat back with the holes in the panel press the two parts together checking that the two parts end up flush with each other.

Next align the holes in the corners of the left front seat base with the corresponding posts in the left front seat and press the two parts together until the base is inside the seat. Now secure the two parts together with four BP03 screws.

Finally align the holes in the ends of the seat back brackets with those in the brackets of the seat base and secure the back to the seat base with two BP03 screws through the aligned holes.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 18

Front seat floor

Parts supplied:
Front seats floor, Bottom compartment cover, Left front seat lock, Screws (BP04).

Fit the two rails on the underside of the left front seat inside the two rails on the front seats floor. While holding the seat in place turn the floor over, place the left front seat over the hole in the bottom of the seat and fix the lock in place with a BP04 screw.

Check that the front left seat can slide forward and backward on the floor. If it can’t move, loosen the screw slightly. The lock should engage with the three notches in the floor rail.

Place the bottom compartment cover on the underside of the seats floor, placing the holes at the sides over the posts and secure the compartment cover with two BP04 screws.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 19

Middle seats floor

Parts supplied:
Middle seats floor, Screws (BP05).

Retrieve the right front seat (Stage 13) and the front seats floor.

Locate the two brackets on the front of the floor and the two L-shaped hooks at the front of the underside of the right front seat. Gently insert the hooks into the brackets (Do not force them as they may break) and lower the rear of the seat into the brackets in the floor. Now turn the floor over and check that the extensions of the left seat are properly positioned through the floor.

Finally make sure the left seat can still slide forward / backward and that the right seat can lift up and down at the rear.

The parts supplied in this stage will be used in the following stage.

Stage 20

Rear seats floor

Parts supplied:
Rear seats floor, Screws (BP05).

Insert the posts along the front underside of the rear seats floor into the holes at the rear of the middle seats floor and press the two pieces together so that they are flush. Then turn the floor parts over and secure them together with five BP05 screws. Check that the parts are flush with no gaps between them.

Now retrieve the front seats floor, align the holes along the rear with those at the front of the middle seats floor and press the parts together. Making sure the parts remain flush secure the assembly using six BP05 screws.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 22

Rear seats floor carpet

Parts supplied:
Rear seats floor carpet

Retrieve the floor assembly and the carpet from Stages 20 and 21.

Take the middle seats floor carpet and locate the six posts on the underside of it. Turning the carpet over insert the posts into the holes in the second floor and press the carpet posts into the holes in the floor. Then take the carpet from this stage, align the posts on the underside with the holes in the third floor and press the posts into the holes in the floor.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 23

Front seats bulkhead

Parts supplied:
Front seats bulkhead, Screws (BP05)

Retrieve the floor assembly and locate the two holes behind the front seats and the three slots at the front edge of the middle floor. Then locate the five tabs of the front seat bulkhead.

Place the front seats bulkhead behind the front seats and press the tabs along the bottom of the bulkhead into the slots in the floor. Tilt the bulkhead forward and align the holes in the tabs at the front of the bulkhead with the corresponding holes in the floor below. Turn the assembly over and while holding the bulkhead in place secure it with two BP05 screws.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 25

Middle seats back

Parts supplied:
Middle seats back, Middle seats back panel, Ashtray, Screws (BP03)

Retrieve the middle seat back and seat back panel from Stage 24. Place the holes in the corners of the seat back onto the posts on the panel and press the two parts together. Note the panel should be flush with the back edge of the seat back.

Identify the three pins on the reverse of the ashtray and insert them into the corresponding holes in the rear face of the middle seats back panel. Then secure the ashtray to the panel with two BP03 screws.

Next align the posts in the panel with the holes in the middle seats back and press the two parts of the middle seats together, checking that the bars sit in their recesses in the middle seats back.

Pack 3 is now complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.
