Issue 50 - The hinge of the brake


For this assembly step we need the chassis as well as the brake hinge and bolt from Issue 21.

The bolt is pushed into the hinge as shown and then attached to the chassis. Pay attention to the alignment here. From inside, we then put a nut on the bolt and tighten it.

Issue 51 - The axle of the chassis


On we go, now we need the chassis as well as parts of Issue 52 and 55.
The wider end of the bracket is placed on the axle and then secured with a screw and washer.
The axle is then pushed into the bracket as seen on the chassis. From the other side then the sleeve is pushed. Now put the holder out of the 52 and secure it with a nut.

Issue 52 - The brake pedal


Now comes the assembly of the brake pedal. For this we need the chassis and Issue 20 the bolts, spring and the brake pedal.

The mounting plate of the pedal is screwed to the frame with two bolts. Then the rod is placed on the bracket and fastened in the first hole with a bolt.
The spring is now inserted at the pin of the brake hinge and the other end of the spring in the hole of the connecting bar.

Issue 53 - The Shift Pedal


Now follows the switching pedal. For this we need the manual gearbox from issue 49 as well as the components from 53.
The cable from the shift pedal for us through the transmission. Then the pedal is attached to the gearbox and bolted with four bolts.
Now we take the long screw and guide it through the linkage as you can see. Both are then performed on the shift pedal in the hole and then screwed.
Finally, the lid is inserted into the hole on the switching pedal.

Issue 54 - Pinion on the rear wheel



Now we take the rear wheel and the gear from Issue 22 and the axle with its socket and the three screws from Issue 54.
The axle is pushed through the rim and fastened on the other side with the bushing. Then the pinion is put on the rim and fastened with the three screws.

Issue 55 - The manual transmission



Now we are preparing the manual transmissions as well as Issue 55 and 56 components.
As you can see, the small disc is attached to the gearbox and then fastened with three countersunk screws. Then we put the pinion and the small guide disc. The whole thing is then screwed with a screw with washer.
Now the cover of the belt is put on the gearbox.

Issue 56 - The Chain Cover


Now we take out the components Issue 57. In the small hole of the plate we put a bolt and lead this then through the hole at the chain cover.
From behind, we then run a nut on the bolt and screw the whole thing.
