Hi!
While I´m waiting for following parts for my Victory I started with a "Black Pearl".

Original the lower deck should be planked with a paperprinted imitation. I don´t like this an so I´ve made a complete wooden planking.

Regards, Bernd

Hi Tom!
That´s correct (I don´t wrote this, because I´m not sure if it´s allowed)
Completly new for me is the material, until now all parts are made of MDF.

Hi!
At this moment I have to say that MDF is OK to work with it. You only have to sand the surface to remove the finish from production. And - of cause - there is no wooden structure.

After finishing my Victory I only could build a rack for rum bottles for the pearl.
Of cause I´ve made a planking with "spareparts" from the Victory and painted it in mahagony, only
MDF don´t looks very good.

Looking great and as Mr T said, I would love this to be brought to the UK. The Dutchman would be interesting too.

Also, in the UK, your shelf is actually called a rack.

Hi!
Now all parts are mounted/painted and I have to wait another month for the next issues. Hmm, there are several projects to continue (see signature), I think now I go back to the Bounty (waiting for 2 years...)
